SWLP Training Team wins prestigious IBMS poster competition

At this year’s IBMS Congress, members of the SWLP Training Team won the poster competition in the education and training category.

The poster was created by Practice Educator Bibiana Onyeachom along with Training Officers Dolly Brahmbhatt, Valentina Erazo-Ospina and Kumiththa Tamilson and focused on the significant effects that digitalisation has on training and competency for pathology staff. It presented the outcomes of an observation and evaluation of staff attitudes towards our implementation of ProfilerLive, a digital training and competency hub and Virtual Learning Environment (VLE), compared with a paper-based learning environment.

A day in the life…Faye Browne, Quality Lead in Point of Care Testing

Clinical biochemistry reference range changes

South West London Pathology (SWLP) is introducing new Beckman Coulter biochemistry analysers to it’s blood sciences laboratories across the whole SWLP network.
