South West London Pathology is managed by a Partnership Board, made up of executive sponsors from Croydon Health Services NHS Trust, Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust, Kingston Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and St George’s Healthcare NHS Trust.
The role of the Partnership Board is to:
- set the overall strategic direction of South West London Pathology
- provide effective financial control
- ensure high standards of governance
- ensure that South West London Pathology provides high quality, effective patient-centred care.
Day-to-day management of South West London Pathology is delegated to the Managing Director and the senior management team, who operate within discretionary powers and protocols delegated by the Partnership Board.
