Internal promotions between 1 January and 31 December 2021

One of our core mantra’s at SWLP is that staff are our greatest asset and we aim to support the careers and ambitions of our staff. We are always keen to help our staff progress by offering opportunities for promotion and to support this, in the majority of cases we advertise our vacancies up to band 6 internally only.

During the last 12 months (1 January to 31 December 2021) we have successfully recruited and internally promoted 50 staff from within SWLP. The table below shows the number of promotions at each grade.
