Collection conditions
For analysis of routine non sterile and sterile specimens with the inclusion of tissues/biopsies, lymph nodes, bone and bone marrow. Use dry sterile bottle. All tissue samples should be collected aseptically and transferred directly to sterile sample containers with no additives of any kind. In the case of small fragments, place in a few ml of sterile saline.
Additional information
All lymph nodes are processed for Mycobacterial investigation.
Sample stability – 4 weeks.
