David has worked for the NHS since 1987, first at Charing Cross Hospital with some experience at Westminster Hospital. He has been at Kingston Hospital since 1999 and became Chief Biomedical Scientist in 2001. He became Spoke Site Manager in 2014.

For Simon, no two days are alike. From back-to-back meetings to site visits, his role balances strategic planning with on-the-ground problem-solving. “I prefer being in the labs,” he says, valuing direct engagement with frontline staff to inform decisions.
