This is a follow-on test that is added on where appropriate, according to the antinuclear antibody (Hep2) results, or by direct request to a Consultant on 020 8725 5106. SENA should be used as a first line screen, and if positive the ENA profile (Ro, La, Sm, RNP) will be reflexed. If this profile is negative, Scl-70 and Jo-1 will be analysed.
