SWLP is now a pilot site for Kiestra satisfaction tests (only one of two in the UK). With a simple push of a button microbiology staff are able to give real time information about how satisfied they are with the Kiestra automated track.
Jamie Laughlin, microbiology discipline manager, is also able to view the Kiestra reports generated from the user feedback.
Kiestra have also highlighted that we have better workflows and use their system better than any other site in Europe.
At the beginning of the year, South West London Pathology (SWLP) was delighted to award a major clinical blood sciences (CBS) contract for all SWLP sites to global leader in clinical diagnostics Beckman Coulter.
